If you want to continue as a customer but wish to stop early & perhaps start late next year to save money, it is fine with us so long as your schedule is either continuous weekly or bi-weekly & not a single mow when it is twice the work for us. Just send us a message about the week numbers you would like to stop & start & we will input in our system. With this arrangement, you will not be subject to price increases, changes in mow days etc. And of course, you always have the option to cancel at any time after 6 mows in each season.
Cancel, You have been Great, I will Call when I am Ready
We hear this a lot & it is OK so long as you understand that when you call, we may not be ready because if too many people do this, we have no way of predicting how many trucks & workers to have available. Also, if you quit too early & want another one time mow a month later, it will be charged at our one time mow rate. In other words, existing customer status for mow days, pricing etc. will be lost. It is much better to keep your customer status by giving us some sort of schedule for the future.
Cancellation Before 6 trips are completed
To qualify for our weekly or bi-weekly rates, you must complete 6 trips. Otherwise, we will charge you our one time rate of $40 for each mow received.
Cancellation After 6 trips are completed
No Problem, just let us know by 4PM the day before your scheduled mow day, so your yard will not print on our logs for the next day.
Cancellation Before 1st Mow
Immediately after we receive your order, we input into our system, research our routing system to find a suitable mow day, then go into the selected route to assign an actual sequence that our truck will be routed. Then, we input you into our accounting system, memorize the weekly or bi-weekly charges.
This takes approximately 45 minutes of work to process your order. So, if you have put out other calls to lawn companies that may call back, or are otherwise undecided, please be aware that we will charge your Card a set up fee of $25.00 if you cancel before we have mowed your yard the first time.
